Brussels, March 6 (QNA) – European stocks closed lower Friday.

The pan-European STOXX 600 index fell 1.02 percent to 598.70 points, while Germany's DAX index declined 1.13 percent to 23,547.51 points.

France's CAC 40 index also fell, losing 0.65 percent to close at 7,993.49 points. (QNA)
