Beirut, October 04 (QNA) - The Israeli entity continued its attacks on southern Lebanon on Sunday, carrying out explosions and shelling in several areas.

Field sources said Israeli warplanes targeted the towns of Mansouri, Kfar Tibnit and Al-Qantara al-Mansouri, while the outskirts of Mifdoun in the Nabatieh district came under concentrated artillery fire.

The sources added that Israeli forces carried out explosions in Wadi Zebqin.

Lebanon and Israel signed a framework agreement in June, brokered by the United States, that provides for security arrangements including the gradual deployment of the Lebanese Army and the withdrawal of Israeli forces, along with measures related to reconstruction and economic recovery. Implementation of the agreement's provisions continues to face obstacles. (QNA)
