Doha, June 30 (QNA) - The Katara Cultural Village Foundation announced the launch of its 2026 Summer Camp program, scheduled to run from July 5 to July 29. Activities will be held daily from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The program features 11 cultural, artistic, scientific and creative camps designed for children and adolescents.
These camps obviously vary to cater to participants and include heritage and traditional crafts for girls, the summer thuraya for boys and girls, and the young actor.
In addition, the literature camp showcases five specialized workshops, namely "Knights of the Arabic Language", "Future Broadcaster", "I Am a Poet", "Story Makers", and "Stage Stars".
It is broadly designed to advance participants' Arabic language, public speaking, creative writing, elocution, and literary content creation skills.
Broadly speaking, these programs are obviously intended to hone thinking skills and collective work to have those participants be entangled with heritage and culture in interactive atmospheres that combine rejoicing with benefit.
The village has devoted specialists on its floor to help participants gain opportunities for learning in wide-ranging fields, in pursuit of fostering their personalities and confidence.
Such programs are specifically dedicated to investing in their leisure time and ultimately reap benefits consistently with Katara's mantra of disseminating culture and unlocking the energies of the emerging generations.
As such, Katara has urged parents to register their sons and daughters in the camps that are fitting to their preferences so that they can capitalize on this out-of-school time (OST) program that offers a superb cultural experience. (QNA)
