Israeli Drone Attack Kills One in Southern Lebanon
Beirut, September 03 (QNA) - A person was killed Wednesday in an Israeli drone attack in the center of the town of Yater, the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported.
Local sources in southern Lebanon indicated that the drone targeted a vehicle in the center of the town, killing its passenger.
A ceasefire deal entered into force on Nov. 27, under which the Israeli forces were to pull out from the southern Lebanese border villages and towns within a 60-day deadline.
Later, the Lebanese government approved an extension of the deadline until Feb. 18, but the Israeli forces are still stationed at five points and continue their breaches. (QNA)
