Moscow, March 03 (QNA) - Russian defenses shot down 38 Ukrainian drones over the Crimean Peninsula.

In a statement, the ministry said that an attempt to launch drone attacks on Russian territory was thwarted, adding that Russian air defense systems shot down 107 Ukrainian drones in Donetsk and Luhansk.

Since the outbreak of the Russian military operation in Ukraine in Feb. 2022, both sides claim to have inflicted heavy losses on the other without being able separately to confirm the numbers in light of the continuation of the war. (QNA)
