CSGDB Signs Joint Scope of Work with HBKU

Doha, October 29 (QNA) - The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CSGDB), represented by the Institute of Public Administration, has signed a joint scope of work with Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), aimed at preparing government talents capable of innovation and supporting the path toward sustainable development.
The signing ceremony was attended by HE CSGDB President and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, and HBKU President Dr. Ahmad M. Hasnah.
The scope of work was signed by Director of the Institute of Public Administration Maha Masoud Al Marri, and Executive HBKU's Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships Maria Bader Al Dafa.
On this occasion, Director of the CSGDB's Institute of Public Administration Maha Masoud Al Marri said that the signing of this joint scope of work with HBKU represents an important milestone in the journey of building national capacities, adding that they, together, aim to develop training programs and applied research that reflect national priorities and align with future directions.
She stressed that they are confident that this cooperation will contribute to preparing innovative government talents capable of supporting Qatar's sustainable development path.
For her part, HBKU's Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Partnerships Maria Bader Al Dafa stated that they are proud to collaborate with a leading national institution such as the CSGDB.
She added that this partnership embodies HBKU's commitment to supporting national entities in enhancing excellence across their fields and initiatives, stressing that they provide recommendations and solutions in policy, applied research, and training programs that elevate human capital in Qatar, in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
The joint scope of work aims to support various areas such as scientific research, institutional development, preparation of applied studies and research, and the design of advanced training programs.
It also focuses on developing the national employment coordination platform "Kawader" using artificial intelligence, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthening partnerships between the government sector and academic institutions, all contributing to a more efficient and innovative government work environment that supports the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
