Chinese Flash Flood Kills 10, Injures 23
Beijing, July 27 (QNA) Ten people were killed and 23 others were injured in floods that struck Gansu Province in northwest China.
Local authorities reported that the province experienced flooding caused by sudden heavy rainfall, resulting in deaths and injuries. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
China's Ministry of Water Resources raised the emergency response level for flood control yesterday in Jiangxi, Hunan, and Guangdong provinces from level four to level three due to the high risk of mountain floods resulting from Typhoon Noul. (QNA)
