European Stocks Open Higher
Brussels, August 26 (QNA) - European stock indices opened trading on Wednesday with slight gains in most markets, supported by declining oil prices, as investors await the earnings results of US company Nvidia, inflation data, and the meeting of central bank governors in Jackson Hole scheduled to take place at the end of the week.
In Paris, the CAC 40 gained 0.38 percent, while in Milan, Italy's FTSE MIB rose 0.30 percent.
The German DAX remained steady, rising by 0.02 percent, while London’s FTSE 100 edged 0.03 percent lower. (QNA)
