Chinese President, Pakistani PM Discuss Bilateral Ties
Beijing, May 25 (QNA) - Chinese President Xi Jinping and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation during talks in Beijing on Monday.
The two sides also addressed issues of mutual interest, with Jinping calling for greater efforts to promote regional peace and stability.
Sharif reaffirmed Pakistan's commitment to the One-China policy and expressed readiness to deepen cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
The visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan. (QNA)
