Moscow, March 25 (QNA) - Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow remains in contact with Washington regarding Ukraine.

In a press statement on Wednesday, Peskov affirmed that Russia welcomes the ongoing US efforts aimed at creating the appropriate conditions for reaching a settlement on Ukraine, adding that Russia is receiving information about relevant developments.

He noted that each round of contacts regarding Ukraine is a step toward a settlement, one that takes Russian interests into account.

The Russian Presidential Press Secretary hoped that the positive US efforts continue, adding that Russia remains open to negotiations. (QNA)
