Beirut, April 24 (QNA) - Two people were killed Friday in an Israeli airstrike on a town in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health stated in a press release that an Israeli airstrike on the town of Toulene in the Marjeyoun district early this morning resulted in the deaths of two people.

The continued Israeli violation of the ceasefire comes despite US President Donald Trump's announcement last night of a three-week extension of the ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel. (QNA)
