Iraq Probes Drone Attacks in Kurdistan
Baghdad, April 24 (QNA) - Iraqi authorities have launched an urgent investigation on Friday into reported drone strikes targeting sites in the Kurdistan Region over the past 48 hours.
A security source stressed the need for caution and verification amid an ongoing ceasefire, noting that determining the nature of the attacks will require technical and intelligence analysis, including examination of drone debris.
The probe aims to identify those responsible for the violations and hold them accountable, with officials calling on regional security authorities to share all relevant information with the federal government. (QNA)
