Doha, February 24 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Tuesday a cable of congratulations to HH the Amir of the sisterly State of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the occasion of his country's National Day. 

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani also a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia Kristen Michal on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day. (QNA)
