Moscow, April 22 (QNA) – The Russian Ministry of Defense announced Wednesday that its air defense systems shot down 155 Ukrainian drones overnight over several regions.

The ministry said in a statement that Ukrainian forces targeted the regions of Kursk, Samara, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Saratov, Penza, Ulyanovsk, Volgograd, Rostov, Krasnodar Krai, Crimea, and the Black Sea with 155 drones.

Since Feb. 24, 2022, Russia and Ukraine have issued near-daily reports on the course of the fighting and the affected areas. However, due to the ongoing war and the nature of the conflict, these statements cannot be independently verified. (QNA)
