CENTCOM Completes New Round of Strikes Against Iran
Washington, July 21 (QNA) - The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced early Tuesday that it had completed a new round of strikes against Iran, marking the 10th consecutive day of operations.
In a post on X, CENTCOM said its forces targeted Iranian military command centers, naval capabilities, missile and drone launch sites, and air defense systems. According to the statement, the objective was to degrade Iran's ability to continue attacking commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
CENTCOM added that US forces remain prepared to hold Iran accountable for any unprovoked aggression targeting civilian mariners seeking to transit the strait freely and openly. (QNA)
