Doha, June 02 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index opened higher on Tuesday, gaining 44.27 points, or 0.42%, to reach 10,483 points, compared to the previous session's close, supported by three sectors.
Market data showed gains in the Telecoms sector by (+1.68%), Industrials (+0.73%), and Banks and Financial Services (+0.45%). Meanwhile, the performance was negative for the Transportation sector by (-0.02%), Insurance (-0.03%), Consumer Goods and Services (-0.08%), and Real Estate (-0.24%).
By 10:00 am, trading turnover reached QAR 75.560 million, with 32.706 million shares traded in 5,490 transactions. (QNA)
