Lebanon-Israel Talks Resume in Washington
Beirut, June 02 (QNA) - The fourth round of direct talks between Lebanon and Israel has begun in Washington under United States mediation.
Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam said the negotiations aim to preserve the ceasefire, secure an Israeli withdrawal from occupied areas, and enable displaced residents to return to southern Lebanon.
The latest round follows three previous meetings in Washington and forms part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to prevent further escalation and achieve lasting stability. (QNA)
