Russian Troops Capture New Village in Southeastern Ukraine
Moscow, February 02 (QNA) - The Russian military on Monday captured the village of Prydorozhnie in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Southeastern Ukraine, the Russian Defense Ministry reported in a statement.
The statement added that Russian forces inflicted casualties on Ukrainian troops over the past 24 hours, totaling 1,310 soldiers, mostly fatalities and injuries.
The Ukrainian troops lost dozens of combat vehicles and ammunition depots, the statement stated, pointing out that Russian air defense systems shot down 202 fixed-wing UAVs, 4 precision-guided bombs, and 5 HIMARS/GMLRS rockets. (QNA)
