Beirut, March 19 (QNA) - An Israeli bombing raid on a residential building on the outskirts of the town of Shaat resulted in six fatalities Wednesday evening, the Lebanese news agency reported.

Meanwhile, field sources indicated that Israeli fighter jets conducted a series of airstrikes today targeting the towns of Zlayaa, Yahmar, and the Jbour hills in Western Bekaa, eastern Lebanon, coinciding with drone overflights.

Earlier today, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced that the toll of casualties from the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon since March 2 has risen to 968 fatalities and 2,432 injuries. (QNA)
