Occupied Jerusalem, November 17 (QNA) - Dozens of colonists stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Monday, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces (IOF).

 
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that the colonists performed Talmudic rituals and carried out provocative tours in the mosque's courtyards.

 
This incursion comes amid escalating Israeli aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, with constant daily incursions by colonists, and excavation work under the mosque continuing in an attempt to change the status quo and impose control over it.

 
Palestinian Ministry of Awqaf had previously revealed that the Israeli occupation had escalated its violations against Islamic holy sites, most notably Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Ibrahimi Mosque, during the past months. (QNA)
