Kuwait Slams Houthi Drone Attack on Saudi Arabia
Kuwait City, September 17 (QNA) - The State of Kuwait on Thursday strongly condemned a Houthi drone attack on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that produced civilian casualties.
Earlier in the day, Saudi civil defense said debris from an intercepted drone had killed one civilian and wounded two others in Taif governorate. It also caused material damage to several buildings and vehicles.
A statement from Kuwait's Foreign Ministry denounced the attack, describing it as a "blatant" breach of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a violation of the rules of international law.
The statement expressed full solidarity with Riyadh and support for all measures the Kingdom would take to preserve its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and interests. (QNA)
