Doha, August 16 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index decreased by 11.78 points, or 0.12%, at the start of Sunday's trading, reaching 10,009.06 points, under pressure from four sectors.
The market data showed declines in Consumer Goods and Services (-0.94%), Industrials (-0.4%), Real Estate (-0.08%), and Telecoms (-0.03%). Meanwhile, performance was positive for Banks and Financial Services (+0.21%), Insurance (+0.18%), and Transportation (+0.07%).
By 10:00 am, turnover stood at QR 70.88 million, with 31.36 million shares traded in 4,245 transactions, according to QSE data. (QNA)
