LoginEgyptian President, Saudi Crown Prince Discuss Regional Developments
Cairo, September 15 (QNA) - Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and HH Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud discussed regional developments during His Highness' current visit to Cairo.
The Egyptian Presidency stated on Tuesday that the two sides expressed the importance intensifying coordination and dialogue between the two countries, in light of current regional conditions, stressing the importance of ensuring freedom and security of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and Bab Al Mandab.
The two sides also affirmed Egypt and Saudi Arabia's firm stances towards the Palestinian cause and the importance of reaching a fair and comprehensive resolution that aligns with the two-state solution and international legitimacy decisions, in addition to conveying their continuous support for the security and stability of Sudan.
