New York, October 13 (QNA) - Wall Street's major stock indexes closed mixed on Monday.

According to preliminary data, the S&P 500 fell 3.75 points, or 0.05 percent, to 7,807.79.

The Nasdaq Composite dropped 120.17 points, or 0.44 percent, to 27,246.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 198.22 points, or 0.38 percent, to 51,853.17. (QNA)
