Estithmar Holding Profits Surge 144.8% in 2025

Doha, March 10 (QNA) - The net profits of Estithmar Holding Company surged 144.8 percent in 2025 to reach QR 989.79 million, compared to QR 404.32 million in 2024.

Data from Estithmar Holding, published by the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) website on Tuesday, showed an increase in earnings per share to QR 0.264 for the period ending December 31, 2025, compared to earnings per share of QR 0.108 for the same period of 2024.

The Board of Directors submitted a recommendation to the General Assembly of Shareholders to approve the distribution of profits equivalent to 20 percent of the capital, at a rate of two free shares for every 10 shares.

Marking the occasion, CEO of Estithmar Holding Juan Leon said that the strong financial performance reflects the success in implementing the growth and expansion strategy across the company's various sectors, along with the great efforts made by the work teams in several markets.

He added that achieving strong growth across all key financial indicators underscores the robustness of the company's diversified business model and its continued focus on operational excellence while maintaining financial discipline and governance standards. As the company continues to expand its business and strengthen its market presence, it will continue to work toward delivering sustainable shareholder value while exploring new growth opportunities.
