Islamabad, December 09 (QNA) - Pakistan's Finance Minister, Muhammad Aurangzeb, met on Tuesday with Minister of State for Development of the United Kingdom, Jennifer Chapman, who is visiting Pakistan, to discuss bilateral and economic issues.
The two sides exchanged views on Pakistan's efforts to achieve macroeconomic stability and the government's commitment to structural reforms in taxation, energy, state-owned enterprises, public financial management, and privatization.
Both officials reaffirmed their commitment to deepening the longstanding partnership between the two countries and agreed to work closely to advance shared development priorities. (QNA)
