Kuwait Bourse Closes Lower

Kuwait, June 01 (QNA) - Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index lost 54.55 points, a decrease of 0.62% to reach 8,760.57 points.

As many as 349.8 million shares valued at KWD 91.7 million (roughly USD 280.6 million) were traded via 30,056 transactions. 

The Main Market Index went up by 18 points and 0.21% to reach 8,684.04 points, through 212.8 million shares done via 13,046 transactions valued at KWD 31.4 million (roughly USD 96 million). 

The Premier Market Index lost 72.81 points to reach 9,231.48 points, down by 0.78%, through 136.9 million shares done via 17,010 transactions valued at KWD 60.3 million (roughly USD 184.5 million). 

Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index lost 64.55 points to reach 9,697.24 points, down by 0.67%, through stock volume of 186.6 million shares done in 10,516 deals at a value of KWD 33.1 million (roughly USD 108 million). (QNA)
