Renewed Israeli Airstrikes Target Areas in Southern Lebanon
Beirut, April 01 (QNA) - The Israeli entity renewed intensive airstrikes on multiple areas in southern Lebanon on Wednesday.
Lebanon's National News Agency said the strikes hit several towns, resulting in a number of injuries.
Israeli warplanes also carried out two air raids in the area between the towns of Rshaf and Haddatha in the Bint Jbeil district, while the towns of Zawtar Al Sharqiya, Zawtar Al Gharbiya, and Qawzah came under heavy artillery shelling.
Earlier in the day, the death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon had risen to 1,318, with 3,935 others reported injured.
Israeli forces continue to carry out a series of airstrikes and artillery bombardments targeting villages and towns in southern Lebanon, as well as areas in the southern suburbs of the capital, Beirut. (QNA)
