SC to Open Hayya Service Center to Support FIFA World Cup Ticketholders

Doha, September 28 (QNA) - The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC) will open a Hayya service center on Saturday to assist fans attending this years FIFA World Cup.
Located at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena, the service center will provide face-to-face support for fans with Hayya Card inquiries. Fans will also be able to print their cards at the facility. The center will be open from 10 AM to 10 PM daily and 2 PM to 10 PM on Fridays, until 23 January 2023.
Hayya Operations Director at the SC Saeed Al Kuwari, said: "Thousands of fans have successfully applied for their Hayya Card, with the vast majority enjoying a smooth application process. The service center will provide issue resolution for fans both in the lead-up to the tournament and during the entire World Cup." The Hayya Card is mandatory for all FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticketholders. It will provide access to stadiums and free public transport on match days during tournament time. The Hayya Card will also act as an entry permit to Qatar for international fans.
Hayya Card applications can be made online or via the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile application, which is available via the iOS App Store, Google Play and Huwaei App Gallery. Applicants must have a valid match ticket number and upload their personal details, passport photograph and accommodation information.
The SC also organized a series of webinars to explain the Hayya Card process. (QNA)
