Doha, December 13 (QNA) - Argentina reached to FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 final after beating Croatia 3-0 in the semi-final played at Lusail stadium.

Lionel Messi opened the scoring from the spot in the 34th minute, before Julian Alvarez added two goals in the 39th and 69th minutes. Argentina largely contained Croatia, preventing their opponent from making any meaningful threat.

The victory takes Argentina to their sixth World Cup final. They will face the winner of the other semi-final between Morocco and France, set to take place tomorrow Wednesday. (QNA)
