French Goalkeeper: We Respect Morocco Very Much, Look Forward to Win Game

Doha, December 13 (QNA) - The French goalkeeper Hugo Hadrien Dominique Lloris said that the game with the Moroccan team at Al Bayt Stadium in the semi-finals of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 will be difficult.

In a press conference before the launch of the game, Lloris said that he is looking forward to playing with his friends, adding that the game is between two powerful teams that enjoy more talents, specially that they strive for triumph to reach the finals.

Lloris added that he strongly appreciates the accomplishment made by Morocco to reach this stage, because the victory was not merely an improvisation.

Morocco has already beaten strong teams in previous matches, most notably Belgium, Canada, Spain and Portugal,he said, indicating that his team focuses on training and recovery, because it includes veteran and young footballers who have skills and talents, along with determination and strengths.

The focus shall be on the preparation and maintaining the calmness to offer best performance at the stadium with physical and psychological power to score more goals, he said.
The French goalkeeper added that the Moroccan team has strong defense and is good in counter-attacks with coherent midfield. (QNA)
