Doha, December 11 (QNA) - Two World Cup-associated art exhibitions were inaugurated Sunday at the Cultural Village (Katara) in cooperation with the embassies of the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of El Salvador in the State of Qatar.

The inauguration was attended by the Director of the Human Resources Department at Katara, Saif Saad Al Dosari, and a number of Their Excellencies ambassadors, including HE Sudan's Ambassador to Qatar Ahmed Abdel-Rahman Siwar Al Dahab, HE Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador to Qatar Milton Alcides Magana Herrera, and several heads of diplomatic missions in the country, as well as media professionals and art enthusiasts.

In an exclusive statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), HE Siwar Al Dahab congratulated HH the Amir, the government and the people of the State of Qatar on the outstanding hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and its associated events.

His Excellency added that the Sudanese participation in the activities of Katara sought to reflect the Sudanese heritage and culture to the Qatari society, residents based in Qatar as well as football fans from all over the world.

HE Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador to Qatar hailed Katara's efforts and its continuous cooperation to present heritage and art from different cultures and continents. (QNA)
