Doha, December 11 (QNA) - Qatar retired goalie Hussein Al Khawaja said Sunday Morocco have the potential to defeat France in their semi-final game and advance to the final of FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The Lions of Atlas will face the reigning champions on Wednesday at Al Bayt Stadium an a much-anticipated game.

Al Khawaja, speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), expressed admiration for Morocco goalie Yassin Bounou's performance in the tournament. He strongly contributed to his side's victories, and granted confidence to his teammates; He is most likely to bag the Golden Glove as the best goalkeeper in the championship, the retired Al Ahli SC goalkeeper said.

He also expected some changes in coach Walid Regragui's tactics for the semi-final game with some players being sidelined over either injury or suspension. (QNA)
