Doha, December 11 (QNA) - HE Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to the State of Qatar Khaled bin Badr Al Mutairi hailed Qatar's distinguished and wonderful hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, highlighting the country's highly efficient and professional organization and amazing and unique stadiums.

In press statements carried by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), His Excellency appreciated the State of Qatar's tireless efforts since it won the World Cup bid for the first time in the Arab region, affirming that the efforts led to a remarkably high-level and accurate World Cup organization.

His Excellency also highlighted the support of political leadership, government and people of the State of Kuwait to the State of Qatar to produce the best global event a success.
His Excellency stressed Kuwait's keenness to harness all its capabilities for the success of this great international sports event, highlighting the role of Kuwaiti volunteers by facilitating the entry and exit of the World Cup fans and providing first aid.
The State of Qatar gained huge and pioneering experience through its World Cup hosting, which would benefit other countries in the region when organizing international tournaments, as well as its economic, tourism and sports benefits, His Excellency said.
His Excellency stressed Kuwait's keenness to boost cooperation and exchange of expertise with Qatar to benefit from the great potential that it now has in many aspects. (QNA)
