Doha, December 01 (QNA) - The Moroccan national team player, Achraf Hakimi, said that Moroccan team has 26 strong players in its ranks, and that everyone is ready for the next confrontation and to go to the furthest point.
The winner of Morocco-Canada man of the match, expressed his happiness at leading his country to the second round of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, considering that the current generation includes a group that seeks to serve its country and make a new history for Moroccan football.
In the press conference for the man of the match, Hakimi said he is happy that the team qualified for the second round and Moroccan team deserve to reach this position.
The Paris Saint-Germain player considered that playing for his country, Morocco, is a great honor, and that he did not dream of playing at this level and gaining this great achievement for the Moroccan football and Moroccan people.
Hakimi praised the abilities of the coach of the Moroccan national team,Walid Regragui, who did a great job and contributed greatly to the players' adaptation, thanking in the same time the former coach of the Moroccan national team, Bosnian Vahid Halilhodzic, who helped the national team to be present in the World Cup in Qatar.
