Sharm El Sheikh, November 08 (QNA) - The pavilion of the State of Qatar, which was held on the sidelines of the 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference COP 27 in Egypt, saw visits from dozens of conference participants who sought to learn about Qatar's experience in organizing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and watch models of environmentally-friendly stadiums.

Others were also keen to see the sustainable development plan for the State of Qatar that aims to achieve a balance between economic and social development, as well as taking a closer look at national projects that preserve the environment.

Special adviser to the President of the Republic of Chad for water affairs Hussein Youssef confirmed his keenness on visiting the Qatari pavilion, expressing his hope to visit the State of Qatar, and confirmed that he would follow the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

A number of volunteers and participants in the conference said the designs of buildings in the State of Qatar have always attracted them; Therefore, they were keen to visit the Qatari pavilion and see examples of environmentally friendly buildings and facilities, they expressed their admiration for the stadiums that will host the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, which meet international standards in preserving the environment.
