Accra, November 15, (QNA) - Ghana Football Association announced today, that the first team will play after tomorrow, Thursday, a pre-World Cup friendly match against its Switzerland counterpart in the UAE , to prepare for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Ghana Football Association stated on its website that, this friendly clash will be the last for the Ghana team before the opening of their World Cup campaign with Portugal meeting on Nov. 24.

Ghana football team is currently holding a training camp in Abu Dhabi, led by head coach Otto Addo in preparation for the World Cup.

Ghana participates in the World Cup in Group VIII, together with Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea, while Switzerland will participate in the World Cup in Group VII, which also includes Cameroon, Brazil and Serbia. (QNA)
