Doha, November 14 (QNA) - The International Football Association (FIFA) today announced the launch of the official guide for fans of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, in cooperation with the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy.

The guide includes comprehensive information about the tournament, details of the participating teams, the match schedule, and instructions on accessing the eight stadiums of the tournament, in addition to a directory of important fan numbers, QR code links for medical services, and relevant government institutions.

The 128-page fan guide is available in digital and print formats at information desks at tournament stadiums and at several key locations across the country, and is considered a collectable souvenir, celebrating the first ever World Cup in the Arab world.

The guide contains important information about Qatar and the most prominent tourist places for fans coming from outside the country, to attend the tournament, and includes a number of useful phrases and sentences in Arabic, to help visitors who do not speak Arabic to communicate during their stay in Qatar, and enjoy their time in the wonderful landmarks that are famous by the state.

The guide, which contains illustrations, includes information about FIFA Fan Festival in Al Bidda Park in Doha, which will be available free of charge during the tournament period, and provides fans with new ways to celebrate their passion for the game of football, with a bouquet of music and entertainment shows, in addition to the live broadcast of all the championship matches on large outdoor screens, and many types of food from around the world, in addition to various entertainment activities and events for the family, and information about the entertainment events hosted by Doha Corniche, and cultural, artistic and entertainment shows in the vicinity of the eight stadiums.

The fan guide is currently available in a digital version that can be downloaded to mobile phones through FIFA + digital platform, Qatar2022.qa website, Hayya platform and the Hayya to Qatar 2022 application.
