Zurich, October 10 (QNA) - FIFA announced Monday that six cities around the world will host the international FIFA Fan Festival events during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

FIFA said that the FIFA Fan Festival will be held in London, Mexico City, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Seoul and Dubai. The events will enhance the experience of the main fan festival that will be hosted by Doha in a new look in Al Bidda Park. The festival will provide a wonderful experience for the fans in Qatar to enjoy the atmosphere of football, music, delicious food and a unique cultural experience.

All international FIFA Fan Festival events will feature live match broadcasts from the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 as well as various entertainment-driven activities, including performances by popular international DJs, local musicians and artists, and appearances by FIFA Legends. Selected events will boast 4D audio that will bring the sounds from the matches in Qatar to local events.

FIFA indicated that all cities hosting the FIFA Fan Festival will be linked to the main festival in Qatar through the FIFA World Cup brand in each of the sites. Fans will be able to view exclusive content from the host country and to learn about stories from the heart of the action through FIFA's digital channels, especially FIFA+, which will serve as the main platform for digital content.
