Qatar Participates in GCC Housing Ministers Meeting in Manama
Manama, September 30 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the 24th meeting of the Committee of Ministers Responsible for Housing Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The State of Qatar was represented at the meeting by HE Minister of Social Development and Family Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi.
The meeting, held as part of the Fourth Gulf Housing Week, discussed a number of priority topics and issues regarding joint Gulf housing efforts and the follow-up of relevant initiatives and projects, in addition to fostering the exchange of expertise and experiences among member states and enhancing cooperation and coordination in the housing sector.
The participation of the State of Qatar underscores the importance of continuing joint Gulf cooperation and supporting initiatives aimed at developing the housing sector and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of housing services provided to citizens. (QNA)
