Cairo, September 30 (QNA) - Egypt's Foreign Minister, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, and US Senior Advisor for Arab and African Affairs, Massad Boulos, discussed via phone the regional and global developments.

In a statement issued Wednesday, the Egyptian Ministry said the two sides discussed developments regarding Sudan, in addition to strategic bilateral relations between the US and Egypt.

In this context, the Egyptian Minister reiterated the importance of maintaining countries' unity and sovereignty and protecting their legitimate national institutions. (QNA)
