Kuwait, September 27 (QNA) - The State of Kuwait has condemned the continued escalation by the Israeli occupation forces in the Occupied West Bank as well as Settlers' storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in blatant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.

In a statement on Sunday, Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry renewed the country's call on international community and United Nations Security Council to shoulder their legal and moral responsibilities by taking the necessary measures to stop such serious and repeated violations and protect the Palestinian people.

The ministry also reiterated Kuwait's unwavering support for the Palestinian Cause and the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people; primarily, an independent Palestinian State on the June, 4, 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. (QNA)
