Damascus, September 26 (QNA) - The Israeli occupation forces have carried out an incursion into the town of Al Rafid in the Quneitra countryside of southern Syria.

The forces set up checkpoints and searched several homes, in addition to beating an elderly man and smashing a civilian vehicle.

Meanwhile, five Israeli military vehicles also dashed into the outskirts of Beit Jinn in the western Damascus countryside and deployed on the hills surrounding the town before later pulling back toward their positions.

At the same time, occupation forces stationed in Tarnajah Forest fired into the air toward Tarnajah village in northern Quneitra, while Israeli drones hovered over the area.

The occupation forces continue to breach the 1974 disengagement agreement through repeated incursions and raids in southern Syria, while Syria persistently clamors for global action to halt them and compel the occupation forces to fully withdraw from its territory. (QNA)
