Moscow, September 25 (QNA) - The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that its forces used drones to strike facilities belonging to the military-industrial complex and logistics support centers in Ukraine, as well as a cargo ship in the Black Sea.

In a statement, the ministry reported that the targets included a facility in the Kyiv region used for assembling and storing drones, as well as a storage site for engines intended for long-range "Flamingo" missiles.

It added that strikes in the Odesa region hit two logistics centers used to store and distribute military and dual-use shipments arriving in Ukraine from abroad.

The statement further noted that a cargo ship was targeted while crossing the Black Sea; it was carrying military equipment and dual-use cargo to the port of Odesa for delivery to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

At the port of Reni -also in the Odesa region- Russian forces targeted docking infrastructure and three warehouses that the ministry stated contained military equipment intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

These strikes are part of a cycle of mutual attacks between Russia and Ukraine that frequently target energy facilities, infrastructure, military sites, and ports.

The conflict between the two nations has been ongoing since February 2022, while diplomatic efforts to reach a resolution remain stalled. (QNA)
