Riyadh, September 24 (QNA) - Official Spokesperson of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, Maj. Gen. Turki Al Malki, announced the interception and destruction of six ballistic missiles by the Houthi Group targeting the cities of Taif and Yanbu in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Maj. Gen. Al Malki stated that the Saudi air defenses stopped an attempt to target the two cities and underlined that escalation and violations by the Houthi Group will be dealt with firmly.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense in the KSA announced earlier on Thursday that danger has stopped in Yanbu Governorate, Jeddah Governorate, Tabuk Province, Makkah Al Mukarramah City, and Taif Governorate. (QNA)
