Real Estate Trading Exceeds QAR 387 Million in One Week

Doha, September 17 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice between Sept. 6 - 10 reached QAR 322,448,150.

Meanwhile, the total value of sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin during the same period amounted to QAR 65,450,760, bringing the total real estate trading volume for the week to QAR 387.898 million.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of traded properties included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, commercial building, and residential units.

Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Wakra, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Gharafa, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Kharayej, and Al Dafna 60.

The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department exceeded QAR 586 million during the period from Aug. 30 to Sept. 3. (QNA)
