Doha, August 31 (QNA) - The 15th edition of the Arabian Women Exhibition opened on Monday at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, under the patronage of the Qatari Businesswomen Forum at Qatar Chamber, with 200 local and international booths.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Director of the Membership Affairs Department at Qatar Chamber Al Anoud Zayed Al Muhannadi.

The exhibition will continue until Saturday, Sep. 5, 2026, with the participation of around 140 Qatari women entrepreneurs, in addition to participants from GCC countries, Morocco, Jordan, Turkiye, Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, India and France. It provides an important platform for showcasing the latest fashion trends for Fall/Winter 2026.

In press statements, Chairwoman of the Qatari Businesswomen Forum and Qatar Chamber Board Member Ibtihaj Al Ahmadani said the exhibition has become a distinguished platform for highlighting the creativity and projects of Qatari and Arab women entrepreneurs.

She noted its significant development in organization, exhibits and participating entities over previous editions, underscoring the important role women now play in supporting economic development and promoting innovation.

Al Ahmadani said this year's edition features cooperation between the Arabian Women Exhibition and M7, presenting a selection of exceptional regional talents through diverse designs combining contemporary design, traditional craftsmanship and modern creative visions, celebrating talent and innovation from Qatar, GCC countries and the wider region.

She invited visitors and those interested in the design sector to explore these selected works and the distinctive regional designs and creations on display, offering an experience that brings fashion, design and craftsmanship together under one roof.

Al Ahmadani affirmed Qatar Chamber's commitment to supporting women's participation in various economic and commercial activities and providing opportunities for them to contribute effectively to economic and social development.

She said the exhibition reflects the Chamber's commitment to strengthening the role of Qatari and Arab women in entrepreneurship and expanding their regional and international networks.

She added that the exhibition provides an important opportunity for businesswomen to connect, explore new areas of cooperation and establish business alliances, contributing to women's increased participation in the private sector and economic diversification.

For her part, Director of Vogue Event Company, the exhibition's organizer, Tamader Al Marri said they are pleased to hold the 15th edition of the Arabian Women Exhibition, which this year is held under the theme "Athar (Impact)," reflecting the impact women create through their creativity, work and presence.

She said the exhibition is a leading platform bringing together prominent Qatari and Arab women entrepreneurs and creatives under one roof, with the aim of highlighting their achievements and strengthening their contribution to economic and social development.

She added that the exhibition features the latest designs in fashion and women's accessories, particularly for the Fall/Winter 2026 seasons, expressing her appreciation to the Qatari Businesswomen Forum at Qatar Chamber for its continued support, which reflects its belief in the pivotal role of women in leading successful businesses and contributing to economic diversification.

She also expressed hope that this edition would provide an exceptional experience enabling participating women entrepreneurs to showcase their innovations and products while offering visitors and investors promising opportunities to discover the latest innovations in fashion and women's products.
