Doha, August 03 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Monday's trading session higher by 82.93 points, or 0.83 percent, reaching 10,133.67 points.

A total of 145,290,292 shares were traded during the session, with a total value of QAR 360,579,104.886 through 29,556 transactions across all sectors.

The shares of 37 companies advanced, while those of 11 other companies declined, with the shares of five companies remaining unchanged.

Market capitalization at the close of trading stood at QAR 609,297,714,140.314 compared to QAR 604,209,370,864.714 in the previous session. (QNA)
