Gaza, August 19 (QNA) - A Palestinian died Wednesday after he was wounded Tuesday during Israeli shelling of a cafe at the Gaza City Port, medical sources said.

The sources added that the occupation's shelling killed six Palestinians, including a child, while ten others were injured, some of whom are in critical condition.

Meanwhile, the occupation army continues to breach the ceasefire deal by unleashing further airstrikes across the Gaza Strip.

In addition, a Palestinian was shot and injured in central Khan Younis in the southern enclave, with Israeli military vehicles firing massive salvos northeast of the city.

At the same time, areas of the southern and eastern parts of the city came under fire from Israeli tanks, with military gunboats firing salvos into the waters off the city.

Eastern parts of Gaza City also came under artillery shelling and fire from Israeli tanks, with an artillery shell hitting the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in eastern Gaza City, while the Al-Atatra area west of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip came under Israeli artillery shelling.

The overall toll of those killed during the Israeli armed aggression since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,400, while 174,312 have been wounded. (QNA)
