Islamabad, August 10 (QNA) - Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and his Canadian counterpart Anita Anand discussed, in a phone call on Monday, regional developments, including the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement recently signed by Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye.
The Pakistani minister briefed the Canadian minister on the essence of the agreement, emphasizing the three countries' shared determination to contribute to strengthening peace, stability and security in the region.
The two ministers also exchanged views on developments in the context of relations between the United States and Iran. (QNA)
